Having time with the clients, to hear how they feel about the place you are to paint

- all the little anecdotes related to it, things they have noticed, they all become part of creating a prism through which I can view the landscape and create the work.

Having that shared sense of vision, connection and identification with a place is wonderful.

Being able to express that for the clients in a tangible way is a pleasure.
